​No right of withdrawal according to § 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG​

Please note that bookings made at Weinvilla Wolkersdorf are not subject to the right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

According to § 18 (1) Z 10 FAGG, no right of withdrawal applies to accommodation contracts, as these relate to services provided in connection with leisure activities and are scheduled for a specific date or period.

What this means:

A free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival (see our cancellation policy). After that, the conditions outlined in our General Terms and Conditions apply.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be covered in case of last-minute changes.
