Our General Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope​

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Weinvilla Wolkersdorf, regardless of whether the booking is made online, by phone, or in writing.


2. Conclusion of Contract

A binding accommodation contract is created upon booking (verbally, in writing, or electronically). The booking becomes valid once confirmed in writing by Weinvilla.


3. Check-in and Check-out

The apartment is available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11.00 a.m. Individual arrangements may be possible depending on availability.

​4. Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted per person and per night, including taxes. Additional services (e.g. wine, breakfast basket, etc.) are charged separately. Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or on-site – in cash or by card (EC or credit card).

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For later cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged – regardless of the reason.

Exceptions apply in cases of serious illness, accident, or death in the immediate family (with official proof). In such cases, we aim to find a fair solution – please contact us as early as possible and provide documentation.

We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for peace of mind.

6. Stay

Our house is a place of calm, culture, and hospitality. We kindly ask you to treat the rooms, furnishings, and artworks with care. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

7. Liability

We do not accept liability for guests’ personal belongings. Any damage caused to the apartment or furnishings must be covered by the guest responsible.

8. Data Protection

All personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for booking purposes. No data is shared with third parties.

9. Place of Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies. The competent court for any disputes is the relevant court in Korneuburg, Austria.
